The conference is also sponsored by the main Ibero-American Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science societies. <em>Iberamia&#8217;2022 will be an on-site event<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>IBERAMIA&#8217;2022 is the 17th edition of the Ibero-American Conference on Artificial Intelligence, a leading symposium where the Ibero-American AI community comes together to share research results and experiences with researchers in Artificial Intelligence from all over the world. The conference will feature a pre-conference program of workshops, and the main technical program will consist of invited talks by leading scientists in the area, presentations of technical papers, as well as system demonstrations.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>Submission Topics<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>IBERAMIA&#8217;2022 welcomes submissions on all mainstream AI topics, as well as novel cross cutting work in related areas. Trustworthy and Explainable AI.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>AI Applications and Technology Transfer.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Green and Sustainable Artificial Intelligence.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Paper Submission Guidelines<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Papers must be written in English and must not exceed 12 pages, including all tables, figures, and references and are required to be formatted in the Springer LNCS format (see <a href=\"http:\/\/www.springer.com\/gp\/computer-science\/lncs\/conference-proceedings-guidelines\">http:\/\/www.springer.com\/gp\/computer-science\/lncs\/conference-proceedings-guidelines<\/a>).Submissions over twelve pages will be rejected without review.<\/li>\n<li>Papers must be submitted through the EquinOCS Conference System (<a href=\"https:\/\/equinocs.springernature.com\/service\/iberamia2022\">https:\/\/equinocs.springernature.com\/service\/iberamia2022<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>The conference is organized in several areas (tracks), so the authors should choose to submit the paper to the most appropriate area for their work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All submissions will go through a double blind peer review process by Program Committee members on the basis of their originality, relevance, significance, technical soundness, quality and clarity. Thus, author names and affiliations must be omitted from the submission, using instead the unique tracking number assigned by the conference system at the time of submission. In addition, self\u2010references in the text, like \u00abin [Garcia 2004], we prove that\u00bb should be avoided, using instead references such as \u00abin [Garcia 2004] has been proved that\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>Conference Registration and Attendance<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>At least one author is required to register for the conference and be available to present the paper, and we encourage all authors to attend if possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Best paper Award<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A \u201cBest Paper Award\u201d will be given to the authors of the best paper, as judged by the Best Paper Award Selection Committee. There will also be the \u201cBest Paper Presentation Award\u201d selected from the audience feedback collected during the IBERAMIA 2022.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>Publication<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Proceedings of IBERAMIA&#8217;2022 will be published by Springer in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.springer.com\/series\/1244\">\u00abAdvances in Artificial Intelligence\u00bb<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.springer.com\/lncs\">LNCS\/LNAI series<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>Journal Opportunities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>A select set of top-rated papers may be nominated for fast track review at participating journals, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.journals.elsevier.com\/knowledge-based-systems\"><em>Knowledge-based System Journal<\/em><\/a>,\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iospress.nl\/journal\/ai-communications\/\"><em>AI Communications<\/em><\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/journal.iberamia.org\"><em>Inteligencia Artificial<\/em><\/a>, and others international journals (indexed by Scopus, JCR, etc.).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>PhD and Master Thesis Contest<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>IBERAMIA&#8217;2022 organizes a program to recognize the best PhD and Master Thesis in the area of AI.
