Main topics may include but are not limited to the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Knowledge Engineering, Knowledge Representation and Probabilistic Reasoning<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Agent technology and multi-agent systems<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Machine Learning<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Planning and Scheduling<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Robotics<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Natural Language Processing<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Computer vision and pattern recognition<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Computational Intelligence &amp; Soft Computing<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">AI in Education, Affective Computing, and Human-Computer Interaction<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Big Data, Knowledge discovery and Data Mining<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">Paper submission details:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Papers must be written in English, and will be reviewed on the basis of their relevance, significance of the contribution, originality, technical soundness, quality and clarity. As in previous years, accepted papers will be published in the series \u00abAdvances in Artificial Intelligence\u00bb of Springer-Verlag LNAI.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Submitted papers must not exceed 12 pages, including all tables, figures, and references and are required to be formatted in the Springer LNCS format (see<span style=\"color: #0000ff\"> <a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"http:\/\/www.springer.de\/comp\/lncs\/authors.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer\">http:\/\/www.springer.de\/comp\/lncs\/authors.html<\/a><\/span>). <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Submissions over twelve pages will be rejected without review. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Papers must be submitted through the EasyChair Conference System at<span style=\"color: #0000ff\"> <a class=\"moz-txt-link-freetext\" style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/easychair.org\/conferences\/?conf=iberamia2016\">https:\/\/easychair.org\/conferences\/?conf=iberamia2016<\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">The conference is organized in several areas, so the authors should choose to submit the paper to the most appropriate area for their work.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">All submissions will go through a peer review process, by independent PC members reviewing each submission. Reviewing will be blind, so author names and affiliations must be omitted from the submission, using instead the unique tracking number assigned by the conference system at the time of submission.
